Our Story

Foundry Arc is led by Brandon Byrd, an operator-turned-advisor with deep experience in building and stabilizing service-based businesses.

Brandon began on the ground, bussing, serving, bartending, cooking, managing, and opening locations, before moving into multi-unit leadership and strategic advisory roles. This path gave him a firsthand understanding of what makes SMBs thrive or fail at the operational level.

He has since overseen commissary and infrastructure builds, supported early-stage franchise models, and advised founders through growth and succession. Alongside operational work, Brandon holds an MBA from Bayes Business School in London, and is a Limited Partner in Shareholder Ventures Fund I, aligning his advisory work with the perspectives of both operators and investors.

This blend of frontline operational experience, academic grounding in strategy, and investor alignment shapes the way Foundry Arc helps businesses move confidently through critical transitions.
